Quality Policy

• Quality policy plays a major role in the company activity. In connection with it, to want to provide the highest level of customers service and goods according to  prevailing standards, we implemented Quality Managament System ISO 9001:2008 system.

• TÜV Rheinland Polska Sp. z o.o. has certified us since 2007.
  
  As main strategic goals P.W. Centro-chem that set itself:

  • realization of orders according to customer’s requirement
  • timeliness in serivices realization
  • defective products elimination
  • new markets canvassing, assortment offer increasing
  • cooperation with suppliers that comply with the high quality norms of the offered goods
  • continual improvement of Quality Managament System effectiveness

  
  These goals are achieved by:

  • active participation of company team in quality policy realization
  • progressing of awarness concerning quality policy among all employess
  • supervising and improvement of occuring processes
  • market continual monitoring and reacting to needs and proposals advanced by customers
  • continual training as well as raising employees’s professional qualifications
  • periodical check-ups of the implemented system
